will certainly stay here again
The room had a stunning view of the New City. It was comfy and packed with nice stuff like a coffee machine, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The spa facilities were great with a hot tub, sauna, and even an outdoor swimming pool. Totally loved the breakfast, especially the fresh pastries and juices.

Amazing location and food!
Spent 9 nights and loved the spot! So close to everything, we walked to the Old City & the market with my mom’s walker. Shoutout to Ronit who helped us with a walk-in shower. Dinner was so delicious, especially the variety of dishes and the great omelets at breakfast. Only thing was the entrance ramp was a bit tricky.

The hospitality was excellent, but the
overall cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired. While we appreciated the spacious room and complimentary wine, the shower could have been fresher. The location made it easy to explore, which was a highlight of our stay.

Breakfast at the hotel was a feast, with a wide spread that’ll kick-start your day. Plus, the location is spot on, making it easy to hit up local gems without breaking a sweat.
The rooms were comfy, but definitely showing their age. While they have everything you need, a bit of a refresh would be welcome. Good news is, an update is on the horizon to keep it fresh and inviting!

It was just a solid selection for a speedy visit in Jerusalem, offering good value. I appreciated that they obliged my request for oatmeal porridge at breakfast even though it wasn't on the menu. Avoid staying on higher floors if you’re sensitive to noise from outside or other rooms.

My friends and I had a great time! The location was perfect for exploring the Machane Yehuda market and nearby restaurants. The staff made our stay special by surprising us with birthday treats. We enjoyed comfy beds and a tasty breakfast spread. Highly recommend for a fun group getaway!
We did have a hiccup with check-in taking quite a while since our reservation was almost canceled, which was frustrating after a long trip.
